Overview

Revise is a desktop application for building machine learning models on your own data. Revise is designed to run locally: your datasets, models, and results stay on your machine and are not uploaded to our servers or any third party as part of normal use of the application.

Information we collect

We collect information only in the following limited situations:

• Beta signup and contact forms. If you submit your name, email, or other details through our website to request beta access or get in touch, we store that information so we can respond to you and manage access to the product.
• Direct communication. If you email us, we keep the content of that correspondence to support you and improve Revise.
• Basic website analytics. Our website may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page-visit counts) to understand how visitors use the site. This does not include reading the contents of any dataset processed inside the Revise application.

What we don't collect

Revise processes your data locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or store the datasets you load into the application, the models you train, or your results, unless you explicitly choose to share them with us (for example, by sending us a file to help debug an issue).

• To respond to inquiries and provide support
• To manage beta access and product updates
• To improve the website and the Revise application
• To send you occasional product updates, if you've opted in

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website or email communications (for example, an email delivery service), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform that service.

Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or provide the beta program, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from communications at any time, by contacting us at contactreviseml@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
